Master level educational attainment in finance, MBA, ACCA, CA (preferred) or any other related discipline. Minimum 2 years’ experience at similar level, having managed donor funded project(s), familiarity with Government financial regulations and IFAD financial management guidelines. |
The services are as per the TORs of each position, downloaded from the link i.e., https://infopk-sys.github.io/jobs. The services will be initially for a period of one year however it will be extended on yearly basis until the project completion on satisfactory performance.
Interested candidate shall not have any actual, potential or reasonably perceived conflict of interest. Candidates with an actual, potential or reasonably perceived conflict of interest shall be disqualified unless otherwise explicitly approved by the Fund. Candidates are considered to have a conflict of interest if they a) have a relationship that provides them with undue or undisclosed information about or influence over the selection process and the execution of the contract, or b) have a business or family relationship with a member of the client’s board of directors or its personnel, the Fund or its personnel, or any other individual that was, has been or might reasonably be directly or indirectly involved in any part of (i) the preparation of the REOI, (ii) the selection process for this procurement, or (iii) execution of the contract. Candidates have an ongoing obligation to disclose any situation of actual, potential or reasonably perceived conflict of interest during preparation of the EOI, the selection process or the contract execution. Failure to properly disclose any of said situations may lead to appropriate actions, including the disqualification of the Candidate, the termination of the contract and any other as appropriate under the donor’s Policy on Preventing Fraud and Corruption in its Projects and Operations.
The public sector organization now invites eligible Individuals (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile holders only) to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested candidates should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services in the form of a curriculum vitae (CV). A candidate will be selected in accordance with the ICS method. Interviews will be conducted as part of the selection process; only shortlisted candidates will be invited.
The shortlisting criteria are provided in the term of reference of each position. Moreover, the competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions in accordance with the project’s requirements.
Expressions of Interest, in the form of Curriculum Vitae (CV) on the prescribed format available on the above-mentioned website, along with relevant attested copies of credentials and experience certificates, must be submitted in writing to the P.O Box No. 646, GPO Peshawar Cantt on or before the close of business on November 20, 2026.
